Connective Technologies, Inc., (CTI) one of the fastest growing, leading edge, PC software companies in Houston, is looking for aggressive professionals for the following position:

Programmer / Support Analyst - Connective Technologies, Inc. is an established software company that provides interface and integration software to the insurance industry. Connective is looking for a detailed oriented candidate that enjoys a dynamic work environment. The primary responsibilities of the position will be to assist with (1) data conversions to and from the ACORD standards (the data standard used within the insurance industry), and (2) User Support of insurance agents using Connective's TEAM-UP products.

Qualifications: Data translation and manipulation experience required. Familiarity with Java, structured data formats, XML, XSL also required. Experience with ACORD standards preferred. Connective uses the IBM WebSphere and the Eclipse platform (eclipse.org) for the majority of our development. Experience within these development environment not required, but preferred. Experience with a comparable IDE is required.

This position will also provide technical support for user installations of Connective's TEAM-UP products. Excellent people and PC skills are required to maintain Connective's high standards for user support.

Familiarity with insurance agency system software or experience in the industry is a definite plus.
