Connective Technologies, Inc. Announces
TEAM-UP Download Contract
with Phoenix Indemnity Insurance Company
Houston, TX, (BusinessWire) July 26, 2007,
Connective Technologies announces their contract
signing with Phoenix Indemnity Insurance Company
(Phoenix Indemnity) for licensing and implementing
TEAM-UP Download. This application provides
once-and-done processing in an industry compliant,
data-secure environment for agency downloads.
Brookland Davis, President of Phoenix Indemnity,
comments, "Providing TEAM-UP download capability
is another example of our efforts to make it easy
for our independent agency partners to do business
with Phoenix Indemnity. With TEAM-UP's latest generation
data security and ability for providing real-time
features, we're excited about extending this streamlined,
easy-to-use solution to our agency base. At Phoenix
Indemnity, we pride ourselves in being a top-rated
provider of agency services and shall continue to
offer optimum levels of service to these agents."
Dic Marxen, CEO of Connective Technologies adds,
"Phoenix Indemnity demonstrates another strong
vote of confidence that TEAM-UP is a quality, industry-leading
agency interface offering for servicing their independent
agency base, by thoroughly evaluating and selecting
our program. TEAM-UP continues to lead the market
in new business agency interface sales. Our commitment
to ongoing R&D will promote additional types
of real-time transactions such as claims download,
electronic correspondences, alerts, inquiries, and
paperless archives, and continues to build on the
return on investment for our client carriers like
Phoenix Indemnity."
TEAM-UP Download is an Internet-secure offering
being leveraged by more than 30 P&C carriers
in providing accessibility to over 20,000 communicating
agency pairs using more than 40 different agency
management systems throughout every region in the
United States. Now in its third major release, the
product has matured to ensure agencies have a seamless
migration from other download processes. The improved
self-reliant features such as single-policy, real-time
archival retrievals by the agents, improved group
management distribution and tracking features that
ease and accelerate the registration process for
both agencies and carriers, have been implemented
with TEAM-UP's Service Oriented Architecture. This
environment ensures a seamless fit into carriers'
existing agency portals, incorporates a single-process
entry point at the agency for accessing multiple
carriers downloads, and it eliminates 3rd party
compliance issues with Gramm-Leach-Bliley.
